Audit finds are reviewed with factory management at the end of the audit

Factory agrees to a specified time frame as to when issues will be corrected
工廠同意改正發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題的具體時(shí)間.
Note: A factory will be unregistered and assigned Non-compliant status if one or more of the following is found during the audit:
注: 如果審驗(yàn)期間發(fā)現(xiàn)以下一個(gè)或多個(gè)問題, 該工廠將被解除注冊(cè)且認(rèn)定為"不合約(不合格)"狀態(tài).
The following are considred Severe Violations and will result in non-compliance factory status at any point in time not just after a 3rd audit. The factory 

would then not be able to be used for up to 3 years.
以下被認(rèn)為是"嚴(yán)重違犯"并且在時(shí)間內(nèi)(不只是3次驗(yàn)廠之后)會(huì)使該工廠被認(rèn)定為"不合約(不合格)"狀態(tài). 且三年內(nèi)不得用該工廠.

2. Forced Labor 強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)力
3. Child Labor 使用童工
4. Illegal Transshipment 非法轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)

1. Two denied audit 
兩次拒驗(yàn)廠
2. 3rd audit of the first round of audits
一輪驗(yàn)廠的3次驗(yàn)廠未通過
3. 2nd sustainability audit
后續(xù)驗(yàn)廠的2次未通過
Global Compliance will assess financial penalties for the following:
遵約(工人的權(quán)益)驗(yàn)廠會(huì)對(duì)以下行為進(jìn)行評(píng)定財(cái)務(wù)懲罰:
1. Denied Audits-Auditor arrives to the factory and is declinded access to conduct a factory audit.
拒驗(yàn)廠-驗(yàn)廠員到達(dá)工廠但被拒進(jìn)入工廠執(zhí)行驗(yàn)廠
2. Unregistered Factory-Failure to register subcontractor/factories that are producing Target owned brand product(including subcontractors)
未注冊(cè)工廠-未注冊(cè)生產(chǎn)Target自有牌產(chǎn)品的分包商/工廠.
3. Inaccurate Audits-The factory name/address information is not correct or up-to-date in BPM
不準(zhǔn)確信息-工廠名稱/地址等信息不準(zhǔn)確或未及時(shí)新
